Huge congratulations to our gallery artist Golnaz Afraz, who is the winner of the 2023 call for projects of the Fondation Villa Seurat in Paris.
Golnaz has been commissioned to create a monumental painting measuring 5 metres by 2 metres, on the theme of diversity, to be permanently exhibited in the Maison des étudiants de la Francophonie (hall of residence for students from French-speaking countries around the world) located on the Cité International Universitaire de Paris campus. Golnaz was selected from 150 artists by a jury composed of N’Goné Fall, Thierry Forien, Juliette Frescaline, Martin Kiefer and Sophie Nordmann after submitting a preliminary sketch and being shortlisted for an interview.
